Paxor NSO is not liable for:

10.5 Regulatory and Legal Limitations

No liability for:

10.6 Maximum Liability Cap

Under no circumstances shall Paxor NSO's total liability exceed the fees paid by the user to Paxor NSO in the preceding 12 months or such amount as may be reasonable under the circumstances.
